We take care of the creative and logistical details behind each gathering, from the first idea to the final guest leaving, allowing our clients to step away from the planning and get to be a part of the moment with those they love.
Our approach brings together considered design, meticulous planning and generous hospitality. Every element has a purpose; every detail contributes to the experience as a whole.

Our aesthetic is inspired by the natural abundance of an English garden: layered, seasonal, romantic and just a little undone.
No two Gathered occasions should ever feel quite the same. Rather than imposing a signature look, we begin with the people, the place and the reason for gathering, creating something that feels deeply personal while remaining unmistakably Gathered.

It doesn't always need a significant birthday, an engagement or an anniversary.

Our Founder
Savanna has always loved bringing people together. As a child, she would pore over a special party edition of Girlfriend magazine and was delighted when her dad taught her how to draw planning spreadsheets on grid paper.
As she grew up and began her career, those hand-drawn spreadsheets moved onto Excel, but her love of hosting never changed. Every gathering became an opportunity to create a sense of occasion - bringing friends and family together around a beautiful table to make lasting memories.
Professionally, Savanna has worked with high-net-worth clients, managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision, discretion and meticulous attention to detail. She has brought those skills together with her passion for thoughtful hospitality to create Gathered House.
